Pure Peptides Shop does not accept returns for change of mind, customer ordering errors, buyer’s remorse, dosage preference, or any reason unrelated to a verified product defect, shipping damage, or incorrect item fulfillment.

5. How to Initiate a Return

Do not send products back without authorization.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender.

Products requiring temperature-controlled handling may receive additional return packaging instructions.
